In this varied role, you will allocate 40% of your time to general office management, accounts, HR tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The remaining 60% will be dedicated to providing Personal Assistant support, which may include managing calendars and emails, as well as handling more personal tasks such as liaising with the director's children's prep school or coordinating personal arrangements, including hotel bookings and birthday plans. This is a Monday- Friday, 8.30-17.30 role.
