Key Responsibilities Property Identification and Acquisition: Scout and evaluate potential properties for clinic expansion. Lead negotiations and finalise leasing agreements. Lease and Contract Management: Draft and oversee lease contracts. Manage ongoing relationships with landlords, ensuring compliance with terms. Tenant Liaison: Coordinate with potential tenants for shared spaces. Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships. Facility Oversight: Collaborate with maintenance teams for property upkeep. Address any facility-related issues promptly. Financial Coordination: Work closely with the accounting team to manage property-related finances, including rent reviews and billing processes. Project Management: Assist and overseeing any building projects or renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Required Experience and Skills Background: Solid experience in lettings, property management, and maintenance, estate agency experience preferred. Contract Expertise: Skilled in putting together and managing contracts. Communication: Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and tenant relations. Organisation: Excellent organisational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Effective problem solver, able to address issues swiftly and efficiently.
