We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Banbury that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to continue developing in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Inputting and processing purchases into Sage
* Inputting and processing expenses into Concur
* Reviewing accounts payable and invoice batches on the accounting system
* Updating spreadsheets to record invoice/payment information
* Scanning and filing documents in the relevant folder
* Assist in the preparation of foreign VAT recovery
What they're looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
* Strong communication skills
* Good IT skills including Excel
* Excellent organisational skills
