Job Purpose:
To provide a support function to the Inbound supply chain department, and effectively manage the day to day administration activity as required around the planning team and holiday cover for Imports. To work in line with the business values.
Responsibilities:
* Smaller customer/supplier account management.
* Responsibility for O & Q line management (ordering/receipting).
* N & P line order book management.
* General order book management for wider team.
* Lost Order Input.
* Supplier Audits (Lead times, MOQ, Pallet/Layer quantities) completed with feedback to planners.
* Assisting the planning team and providing holiday and sickness cover as required.
* Ad hoc reporting and projects.
* Data analysis as required.
* Imports (Holiday Cover).
