Family Connect is the front door for adult and children services, offering a single point of contact for advice, guidance and concerns for children in need and in need of protection. Family Connect is a multi-agency safeguarding hub which comprises of internal and external partners. The FC Advisor Team Leader is responsible for leadership, management, supervision, accountability and quality assurance of the Family Connect Advisor team and other staff within a specific service area to ensure that the service provided is of a consistently high standard and meets the needs of Telford & Wrekin’s communities, supporting the Council’s visions and priorities.
