We are partnering with one of the UK’s leading broadcasters, who are looking to strengthen their research team with a dynamic Insight Lead. This role will focus on analyzing performance across the UK, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving innovation within the TV sector. You will play a key role in working with teams across the organization and lead an expanding insights function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
* Lead a variety of insight projects aimed at enhancing organizational performance
* Partner with third-party vendors and stakeholders to develop innovative evaluation methods
* Drive strategic initiatives across the business
* Present insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and teams
* Manage a growing team of 2-4 direct reports
Your Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A background working with TV/Media clients
* Experience working on campaign evaluation/effectiveness projects
* Experience managing research/insight teams
* Experience presenting insights to diverse stakeholders
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A commercial mindset, with experience working alongside sales teams
* Experience agency-side is preferred (media/advertising)
