BREEAM Assessor

A specialist energy, sustainability and building services organisation based near Guildford is seeking an experienced sustainability consultant / BREEAM Assessor to join the expanding team. You'll be provided with the opportunity to work with innovative specialists, develop your skills, and progress through the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out BREEAM Assessments and providing reports and advice to clients.
2. Managing projects from start to finish.
3. Supporting team members with fee proposals.
4. Developing BREEAM strategies by attending design team meetings.
5. Delivering technical reports and presentations.
6. Expanding knowledge in sustainability statements, embodied carbon reduction strategies, BREEAM Refurbishment, BREEAM In-Use, Net Zero Strategies, and ESG strategies.
This BREEAM Assessor role offers:

To be considered for the BREEAM Assessor role you must therefore:
1. Be a BREEAM Accredited Professional.
2. Have familiarity and experience with LCA & LCC Assessments and OneClick software.
3. Preferably be a member of a professional body, for example CIBSE, IMechE, Energy Institute, etc.
4. Have a sustainability-related degree.
5. Have a BREEAM Construction Assessor licence.
6. Ideally, have experience with Fit-Out, BREEAM Refurbishment, and BREEAM In-Use.
