As the HR Administrator you thrive on supporting a small People team. You are passionate about compliance and maintaining accurate records and are always looking for opportunities to improve processes.
* Generalist HR Administration, responsible for managing the people team inbox
* Ensuring the HR data/files are accurate and compliant at all times
* Resolve general enquiries, escalating to the Senior HR Manager where necessary
* Book exit interviews for the Senior HR Manager
* Managing the onboarding process for new starters i.e right to work checks
* Managing the leavers process ensuring the return of all company equipment
* Refine administration processes looking for opportunities to improve efficiency wherever possible
* Provide all administration support to the function, raising POs, taking minutes and other administration duties as assigned by the Senior HR Manager or CHRO.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including; anti-bribery policy and environmental and quality management standards in compliance with ISO standards
