Reporting into the Head of HR, you will get exposure to all areas of the business, partnering with key stakeholders and contributing to the development of the team! * End-to-end management of the recruitment lifecycle, overseeing the full process for all areas within the business
* Work with key stakeholders in all disciplines to source candidates for vacancies
* Curate compelling job descriptions and adverts across a variety of platforms, and headhunt niche specialisms via online tools such as LinkedIn
* Coordinating interviews with candidates and line managers and time manage accordingly
* Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless process and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience across the business.
* Coordinating all relevant and necessary induction training for new hires.
* Produce monthly reports on key vacancy data/ time-to-hire data across the different platforms
