Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:
* Collect client details to create system referrals.
* Inform potential clients about available services.
* Manage incoming calls and respond appropriately.
* Sort and prioritize emails, taking necessary actions.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Handle calls from new clients.
* Schedule appointments promptly, ensuring no delays for clients.
* Accurately input information from calls and emails into online systems.
* Perform administrative tasks efficiently and competently.
* Prioritise tasks effectively to remain calm and methodical during busy periods.
To be successful, you should have:
1. A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent IT skills.
3. Exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
4. Clear and effective communication skills.
5. A positive and friendly attitude.
