The ideal candidate should have worked for banking clients and has fair understanding of Enterprise Resilience. The candidate should have extensive experience in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role involves tracking progress across various tollgates, attending workshops, building project plans, and ensuring robust reporting and seamless delivery. Responsibilities · Oversee the entire project delivery, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Build comprehensive project plans and track progress for each Alternate Action Plan (AAP). · Facilitate meetings with the IT and business. Gather requirements and document the AAP · Monitor progress of each AAP across various tollgates. Ensure all project activities are on schedule and aligned with project goals. · Build and maintain an overall project plan to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. Implement best practices and standards for project management within the organization. · Develop all supporting collateral for each AAP, detailed descriptions, alternate actions, and recovery plans. Coordinate signoffs from internal stakeholders and ensure documentation accuracy. · Attending workshops with key stakeholders, actively listen, take detailed notes, and capture actions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. · Report progress at all relevant forums, including weekly communications. Escalate issues promptly and ensure they are addressed effectively. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills · Vast experience in project management and PMO roles. · Proven experience in managing complex projects and programs. · Proficiency in project management tools and software. · PMP or other relevant project management certification. · Lean Six Sigma experience Preferred Qualifications/ Skills · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. · Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
