Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to support their Head of Commercial in leading and developing the team. What the Commercial Insurance Manager job involves Support the Head of Commercial in developing and executing a strategy for growth and profitability. Lead, mentor, and develop the Commercial Team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Oversee the team’s workload, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to compliance. Implement and maintain sales objectives, improving client service and technical expertise. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to FCA guidelines. Handle recruitment, training, and induction of new team members. Manage customer queries, bad debt cases, and complaints in line with company policies. Skills required Cert CII qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a management / team leader role, ideally within the insurance industry. Coaching, and mentoring skills where you have supported your team or colleagues. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines effectively. Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
