Salary: £1800 – £2300 per month, Full Time (salary depending on experience and/or qualifications and number of hours worked each week)

The School and Role
Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant with strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum? We are seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
You will be required to deliver high-quality interventions to children who need extra support with their academic studies, either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You may also be required to cover classes for teachers during PPA time.
Requirements
The requested skillset for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant includes:
1. Ability to support and deliver high-quality teaching across core subjects (English, Maths, Science).
2. Experience in contributing to pupil attainment tracking and assessment techniques.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
4. Show initiative and adaptability to support students with varying abilities.
