An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to become a key member of our team, providing administrative and technical support to the Repairs and Maintenance Team (Corporate Property).
With an SVQ2/Higher or equivalent qualification in an appropriate subject, you will have comprehensive work experience in an administrative role and experience of using Microsoft Office and specialist IT packages. Experience of working in a contract management or procurement environment and/or dealing with measured term contracts or procurement processes and financial documentation is desirable.
You should have excellent organisational and IT skills and be an effective communicator who is customer centred in all aspects of service delivery. The ability to collate information and provide statistical reports is also essential. Knowledge of asset and procurement processes and an understanding of the monitoring of Key performance indicators would be helpful in this role.
35 hours per week - Monday to Thursday - 08:45 to 16:45, Friday 08:45 to 16:15.
