Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 plus potential of performance based bonus
Location: Liverpool City Centre on a Hybrid basis
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
What you will be doing:
* Lead project planning sessions and develop detailed project plans.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
* Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Host any appropriate internal governance to keep projects on track.
* Attend and run daily standups.
What we are looking for:
* Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the financial/Insurance sector.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software/tools.
* Prince 2 – Agile foundation & practitioner certification is a plus.
* Works well under pressure.
* Great communicator & not afraid to make decisions.
