We Have 5 Rotations Working Across ED Acute Stroke Early Supported Discharge (ESD) Medical Community Inpatient Rehab – farnham As a senior clinician you will be involved in the supervision, education and appraisal of physiotherapists, support staff and students. Main duties of the job To complete 9 monthly rotations through Stroke Unit/Neuro, Stroke Early Supported Discharge (ESD), Farnham Community Hospital Rehab wards, Emergency Department (ED), Medical Wards To provide a high standard physiotherapy service in assessing and treating patients who may have an acute, complex presentation. To work alongside and communicate with Primary care providers and community services to ensure a safe rapid assessment and discharge of patients in an acute, fast paced environment. To supervise and teach recently qualified physiotherapists / technicians / assistants and students and be involved in teaching MDT staff. To participate in CPD and other departmental activities.
