Role Overview:
Working alongside the Marketing Manager, this role is required to support the Aggregates and Asphalt division in driving seasonal sales and customer service initiatives. The position focuses on enhancing brand engagement and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
The Aggregates and Asphalt division is responsible for the manufacturing and supply of road materials in South-East England, and you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and supporting various marketing and sales initiatives.
The duties of the Undergraduate Design and Marketing Assistant will include:
- Supporting with creating and coordinating engaging content for newsletters, social media, and the website, ensuring consistency with brand messaging
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive customer guides and information sheets to address common customer queries
- Managing and monitoring Google reviews, ensuring accurate online listings and customer feedback are addressed
- Assisting with designing materials for both print and digital platforms
- Assisting with the production and management of short videos for internal and external use
What skills and experience do you need?
The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or media. The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a keen eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge in a practical environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting are also essential traits for success in this position. Previous experience using Adobe Creative Suite is highly advantageous.
