Role Purpose You will provide administrative support to the Private Client team, to ensure that they have timely and accurate information. To ensure that client records are kept fully up to date with all related correspondence uploaded and correct indexing to appropriate systems. Key Responsibilities To generate quotes from various providers To assist in the formatting of data from clients and eligibility, and upload for scheme processing To prepare meeting packs for consultants, including governance meetings To complete post meeting housekeeping - including actions and updating systems where directed.
