Job Title: EMEA Regional Coordinator\n \nPurpose of the Job\n \nTo provide a comprehensive and flexible administrative support service to the Business Unit Leader, UK&I Platform Teams and EA Accounts.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nArrange and coordinate monthly team reviews and quarterly town hall meetings for Enterprise UK&Ireland staff.\nManage and consolidate data for monthly board report, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.\nCreate and distribute monthly new hires communications and newsletters detailing business updates and relevant information.\nManage the assignment of work phones for new and existing EA Ireland-based employees, including reassignment and cancellations.\nManaging eFlow account and orders for EA in Ireland\nEnsuring relevant company vehicles documentation is redistributed to accounts in country.\nKeep up to date the team structure, accounts matrix, site visits tracker.\nManage distribution lists for UK and Ireland.\nOverhead POs process management for Enterprise.\nMonthly costs distribution to accounts for re-charge purposes.\nAdhoc travel arrangements (when required).\nWorking with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.\nDelivering effective business communication with on account teams as appropriate.\nServe as the key contact and escalation point with the D&T team for EA in Ireland.\nAdhoc event management upon request.\nSupport of mobilisations and transitions if/when required.\nPromoting and maintaining the core RISE Values of CBRE GWS Ireland Ltd.\n \nAccountability\n\nReporting to Enterprise Managing Director\nAccountable day-to-day to the relevant team members.\nKey Skills\n\nGood knowledge of Business Unit and wider CBRE\nStrong communication skills, both verbally and written\nProvide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at Office level\nHighly efficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word\nWork within a busy office environment, and support office teams in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities\nFind and obtain information and documents quickly\nExcellent attention to detail\nQuickly learn about new in-house systems\n\nTraining\n\nProficient in the use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. [Essential]\n\nExperience\n\nExperience of a similar role in a medium-sized business. [Essential]\nWell-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
