1. Supporting the recruitment process, attending interviews
2. Delivering on-boarding and induction
3. Guidance and advice to all employees on HR policies
4. Update any employee changes on system
5. Deliver training to line managers on specific HR areas
6. Advising and supporting on ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances capability as well as upskilling line managers
7. Driving and supporting employee engagement and well being initiatives
8. Have ownership of HR projects through to completion
9. Support HR function to deliver global HR projects
