Come and join our Emergency Medicine Team in NHS Ayrshire and Arran. We are looking for Specialty Doctors to work within our middle grade tier in Emergency Medicine. Ayrshire is a wonderful location to live and work with beautiful islands and beaches yet still an easy distance to Glasgow City and surrounding areas. We have world class outdoor pursuits on our doorstep and excellent local schools.
The successful candidate will have the choice of being based University Hospital Ayr or University Hospital Crosshouse but would be expected to work in both sites. Appropriate time, support and development will be provided to allow the successful individuals to flourish and realise their professional and personal ambitions and access opportunities to build and shape the future service. We have had significant success in supporting doctors to CESR.
The Board has embarked upon an ambitious ten year strategic plan entitled Caring for Ayrshire. This involves developing a new model of care across the health and care system that will enhance the wellbeing of our patients and staff.
This will offer unprecedented and exciting opportunities for ambitious new doctors to thrive within the current working environment as well as to shape future service delivery.
Applications from individuals who may wish to work on a part time or job share basis will be considered.
