Over 600 staff (plans to double in size over the next 5 years) Operating from modern, hybrid working environments with offices in Leatherhead, Reading, London or Manchester Winners of an array of industry awards Sunday Times Top 100 Best Places to Work Excellent training and career prospects offered Fantastic office with gym, canteen, open plan, smart casual dress code, regular incentives and company events Supporters of 85 charities with strong commitment to diversity and sustainability PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for the management, implementation, and development of ISO 9001,14001, 20000-1 and related compliance tasks and projects Research, develop and maintain operating procedures and processes relating to relevant laws and legislations and industry’s standards including but not limited to ISO 9001 and 14001 Participates and works with key stakeholders across the business to create strategies and processes related to all areas of governance, risk management and compliance Assists in the provision of audits based on regulatory and internal requirements Supporting internal governance for customers and suppliers Responsible complaints management system KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational running of all company’s ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and audit functions (both internal and external) Incorporate compliance requirements into daily business operations and ensure subsequent processes are supported and audited Manage the investigation process of all compliance issues Train and mentor all staff on all compliance related policy, procedures, implementation, best practice and awareness Responsible for identification and analysis of ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance related nonconformities Support the widder business on general compliance and due diligence with new strategies, project execution and implementation of new initiatives. Dealing with customer complaints and working with the wider business INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting in internal and external audits Responding to due diligence questionnaires and technical queries from customers and suppliers Keeping abreast of compliance best practices Management of the relationship with external accreditation bodies Working closely with the administration team to manage all reporting requirements for ISO 14001 Responding to customer complaints QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Educational Qualifications: Degree -DESIRABLE Professional Qualifications ISO 9001 / 14001/20000-1 internal auditor -DESIRABLE Years of Experience 1 -DESIRABLE Other Requirements An understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards in an IT-related business environment An understanding of data protection and the UK GDPR
