What skills and experience we're looking for
Impact Multi Academy Trust is growing to be a Trust of seven primary and secondary schools, all based in the London Borough of Bromley. Our Trust growth in April, will welcome another school, meaning we are increasing the capacity in our central team, to ensure we continue to provide a brilliant service to our schools.
We are therefore looking for somebody with a strong background in payroll processing and pensions administration and a flexible approach. A familiarity in handling Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) would be advantageous. You will have solid technical skills, including proficiency in payroll software and knowledge of how to use Excel.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills whilst also being a customer-focused professional who can communicate complex information clearly, in response to staff queries and when liaising with our external partners.
Being highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, you will be able to provide accurate, timely and efficient management of payroll and pension processes, ensuring compliance within the Trust’s policies and procedures
