Providing high support accommodation, with options for tailored, specialist provision; onsite activity and multiagency support, this service will be a genuine place of opportunity. You will be part of a team, tasked with developing, shaping and evaluating the service to meet the unique needs and aspirations of clients, including those who are actively using substances, have a dual diagnosis or mental health conditions or have experienced multiple exclusions from services.

We offer a personalised approach to work with people to manage risk and reduce associated harm from substance use and multiple exclusion. This accommodation will provide a vital opportunity to each individual, to provide a path away from homelessness.
