We are working with a large public sector client to recruit a Systems Analyst to join their team and assist in the support of the integrated financial management system and ancillary systems.
Key responsibilities
* Manage the Finance systems helpdesk, ensuring issues are resolved and logged with third-party suppliers as required.
* Manage a helpdesk and ensure issues with Finance systems are resolved.
* Develop reports and dashboards.
* Review, analyse, develop, and implement new systems and processes within the Finance Division.
* Test fixes and changes to Finance systems.
Desired criteria
Practical experience within the last three years in two or more of the following areas:
* IT systems support and interfacing.
* Managing a systems helpdesk and dealing with customers.
* Implementing changes as part of a Project Team.
* Identifying new, more efficient ways of working (e.g., process improvement).
* Working in a busy transaction-processing environment using a software package.
