Restaurant Manager – Exclusive Fine Dining Venue in Mayfair
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Mayfair, London
Work Schedule: 6-day operation, closed Sundays, 2 double shifts / 3 single shifts per week (approx. 45-48 hours)
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join one of London's most prestigious fine dining restaurants. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring a flawless guest experience
* Lead and support a small, high-performing Front-of-House team
* Collaborate with senior management, kitchen leadership, and beverage teams
* Manage reservations, seating strategies (including counter service), and shift flow
* Create a positive, structured, and service-focused team environment
* Assist with training, menu briefings, and staff performance development
