The Role
As Digital Communications Project Lead, you’ll spearhead our efforts to create personalised, engaging, and impactful customer communications. Working as part of the digital transformation team, you will:
* Design and execute customer-centric communication solutions across email, CRM, and digital platforms.
* Map and enhance customer journeys, ensuring meaningful engagement at every touchpoint.
* Leverage CRM platforms and data-driven insights to develop automated workflows and targeted campaigns.
* Craft compelling content in collaboration with designers to deliver messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Analyse campaign performance to continuously improve messaging, drive engagement, and optimise results.
* Champion compliance, adhering to GDPR and regulatory standards while staying ahead of marketing trends.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience (5+ years) in customer communications, email marketing, and CRM management.
* Proven proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo).
* A deep understanding of customer journey mapping and personalisation strategies.
* Strong technical skills in digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign performance reporting.
* Expertise in regulatory compliance, including GDPR, with prior experience in a regulated environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, engaging, and data-driven messaging.
* Driving License - Essential
