*This role is based in our Glasgow office on a permanent basis*
SThree are pleased to announce we're recruiting for a talented Learning & Design Consultant to join our excellent team.
The L&D Consultant will be responsible for Visual Content Creation Design and producing graphics, layouts, visual aids, creating e-learnings and compelling training content. You'll also be working alongside the team to drive consistency of all training materials. Ultimately, your work will impact SThree by significantly enhancing retention and contributing to the overall success of the function.
What are the day-to-day tasks?
* Apply learning design principles to create instructional materials for various delivery modes on a global or Regional scale.
* Manage the timeline, ensuring the delivery of high-quality output within the agreed parameters.
* Collaborate with colleagues and SMEs to share ideas and ensure quality.
* Work with subject matter experts to identify the learning needs of the target audience.
* Draw conclusions and translate into instructional material.
* Work with external stakeholders following guidance and due diligence.
* Follow all relevant guidelines and procedures in line with role and responsibilities.
* Ensure all products are produced in line with the SThree design processes and procedures.
* Demonstrate professional business conduct and embody values maintaining SThree's reputation, always.
What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
* Proficient in course development software. Proficiency with Elucidat, Absorb, and Adobe products is a plus.
* Expertise with Learning Management systems and its administration.
* Ability to effectively convey instructional text and narrative.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Creativity and thinking outside the box mindset.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Learner orientation.
* Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on designs.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
