Location: Bristol
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2 days per week on-site due to workload classification - one of these days must be a Monday

The opportunity:
We have an exciting new role which will give you the opportunity to support our new employees and create an excellent onboarding experience. This involves delivering high level administrative and event support as well as facilitating Induction sessions.
This role has a strong element of event planning, facilitation and stakeholder management as well as a variety of administration tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skill set, grow your network and raise your profile.
The role will require you to support the HR Manager – New Starter Experience. The role requires someone that is confident, has the ability to build networks, influence others, and be proactive in managing a busy workload.
The Role (in brief but not limited to):
* Delivering high level administrative and event support
* Facilitation of Monday morning inductions – must be on-site
* Organising and support meetings, workshops and events
* Understanding the Company Induction processes, policies, guidance and resources
* Responding to new starter and stakeholder queries
* Analysing feedback, identifying themes and making recommendations
* Working independently as well as part of a small team
* A knowledge point of contact for new starters. These tasks may be varied and ad-hoc in scope
* Working effectively with the others who support Company Induction activities in the UK
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
