ROLE DESCRIPTION Capco are looking for experienced Business Analysts across multiple levels. This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with financial institutions. These particular roles sit within our Wealth & Asset Management Domain and will see you partner with some of the biggest Wealth Managers in Scotland. The preferred candidate will be expected to:
5. Be a self-motivator working in a team of Capco and client colleagues
6. Work closely with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) to perceive new and better ways of working
7. Proven experience in a Wealth & Asset Management business.
8. Help to drive the use of Agile methodologies to help the organisation become more agile
9. Recommend areas for change and then provide support to the business as the changes develop to ensure continuous improvement
10. Collaborate with all parts of the business including 3rd parties
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
11. Experience working within Financial Services (Wealth & Asset Management domain expertise) as a Business Analyst
12. Solid experience of process mapping/process re-engineering
13. Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
14. Change Management Methodology – proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
15. Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
16. Change Management Implementation - Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution
17. Requirements Gathering – the ability to produce structured functional specification, including experience of User Story. proven ability to run effective workshops for client business users
18. Data Interpretation - the ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients
19. Strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills
20. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
21. Senior Business Analysts will have some experience managing teams, an understanding of project management and planning
