Learning Support Assistant- Primary School Based £89.38 per day Full-time hours 08.30am-3.30pm Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work in our partnership Primary School in the Swansea area. The role will be school hours (8.30am-3.30pm). We support our partnership Primary Schools and their pupils to fulfil their potential by giving them unconditional support, providing them with good quality teaching and empowering them to effectively manage their own behaviour. Key Responsibilities: 1:1 with pupils needing additional support General classroom duties helping with arts and crafts Personal care Supervise the children through lunch breaks Provide support and supervision for pupils, to encourage their engagement in the learning process and work towards agreed aims and objectives. Work as part of a team contributing towards meeting the academic, social, behavioural, and emotional needs of young people.
