We are committed to working with them to achieve person centred outcomes, helping them to remain in their own homes within their local communities.
More about the role
As a support worker within the Overnights Team, you will follow a support plan which has been created through discussion with the person accessing the service, ensuring that they have choice and are always treated with dignity and respect.
