Location: East UK (Candidates can be based anywhere within the East patch from the North East down to Peterborough)

About the Role
Jackson Hogg is recruiting on behalf of Bender UK, a leading provider of electrical safety solutions, specialising in monitoring systems for electrical installations and equipment. Their innovative products ensure the highest levels of safety and reliability across multiple industries, including healthcare, rail, and other industrial sectors.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Power Sales Manager to join their expanding team in the East of the UK. In this role, you will take ownership of an existing sales pipeline and drive future business growth in alignment with their volume and profit targets.
As a key part of their sales team, you will work alongside a Clinical Sales Manager and Account Manager to implement a regional sales strategy, develop strong client relationships, and secure sales of Bender UK's electrical power products, which enhance safety and reliability.
This is a technical sales role suited for a proactive professional who is eager to develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve budgeted volumes and margins for Bender UK's electrical safety products, including insulation monitoring devices, residual current monitors, and medical power supplies.
* Manage and expand existing key accounts within the healthcare sector, ensuring annual sales targets are met.
* Develop new accounts within the healthcare sector to drive business growth.
* Maintain accurate account records within the CRM system and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
* Report on sales pipeline activities, identifying risks and new opportunities.
* Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to the business.
* Stay informed about relevant legislation affecting the industry.
* Network and attend trade shows to develop new business opportunities.
* Prepare and negotiate profitable quotations, ensuring net profit targets are met.
* Provide excellent customer service, working closely with other departments for smooth implementation of equipment.
Key Attributes
* Proven sales experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
* Knowledge of the electrical industry and basic power system principles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the East UK region.
