The School and Role
This 'Outstanding' school based in Tower Hamlets, East London, a short 5 minute walk from Mile End Station, is looking to recruit.
As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils in their learning and providing general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
The school offers pupils an outstanding educational provision and a caring environment in which to reach their potential. They work with young people, aged 3-19, who have severe and complex learning difficulties and learners with an additional diagnosis of autism and/or physical/sensory difficulties.

The desired PMLD Teaching Assistant will:

2. Have a kind, caring, and compassionate nature which is used to plan and deliver inclusive, fun, and inspiring lessons.
3. Have an ability to work as part of a team and a flexible approach to support the school's requirements.
4. Be able to do personal care.
