Job Summary:
Michael Pavis, located in Nottingham, is currently recruiting for a Plumbing and Heating Business Development Manager.
Job Description:
In this position, you will play a key role in the sales of our full range of Plumbing and Heating Products, including Renewable Technology. You will take a proactive approach to help drive the business forward, building relationships with both new and existing customers on your Sales Ledger. (Laptop and Company Mobile Provided)
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Grow the Customer Base
2. Drive Our Sales & Profitability Forward
3. Provide Quotations for Customers
4. Deal with Customers Both Face to Face and Over the Phone
5. Provide Excellent Customer Service
6. Provide Excellent Product Knowledge
7. Take a Proactive Approach to Plumbing and Heating Enquiries, Using Every Opportunity to Grow the Business
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Sound Plumbing and Heating Product knowledge required
2. Previous Sales Experience in a Plumbing Merchant or Builders Merchant Environment is essential
3. Confident in Dealing with Customers
4. The Ability to Build Great Customer Partnerships
5. A Good Telephone Manner
6. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
7. Computer Literate
8. Eye for Detail
