Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to be part of making that happen for a portion of our EMEA markets.
Position Overview and Objective
Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role at an exciting startup helping to build a new sales organisation? The ISR will be responsible for new account acquisition by selling Arctic Wolf Endpoint suite (Aurora) through and with the Channel (Technology Partners/Resellers).
Responsibilities
1. Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process while conducting detailed and professional sales campaigns.
2. Successfully develop, manage, and own multiple sales cycles including strategies, decision making, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and forecasts.
3. Collaborate with internal lead generation working with Demand, Channel & Distribution resources to establish pipeline of business and expand opportunities within the territory.
4. Deliver high-level demonstrations to showcase the value of Aurora Endpoint Security.
5. Identify net new prospects in assigned territory through discovery calls, regular partner meetings, events, partner registrations and personal prospecting.
6. Partner and strategise with channel partners in your assigned region to drive revenue growth for Endpoint Security.
7. Understand client business issues and needs to formulate recommended solutions that drive value for the customer.
8. Be adaptable and creative in your approach to solve challenges as they arise.
9. Utilise Outreach, Salesforce and other tools as part of your daily work.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed insights to clients.
12. Provide weekly performance updates on your business to your manager and key stakeholders.

1. Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal).
2. Emotional intelligence and awareness to build positive and productive relationships.
3. Business acumen, and experience with implementing consultative sales techniques.
4. Creative thinker and can generate out-of-the box customer solutions.
5. Growth minded and ability to respond positively to change.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education and relevant experience.
2. 1-3 years quota achievement in Sales, Partner Development or Customer Success roles.
3. Must be fluent in English with fluency in either French or Spanish.
4. Experience and proven ability articulating the distinct aspects of products and services.
5. CRM experience, Salesforce, or other applicable software platform.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with selling or prospecting cybersecurity technology services or products.
2. Experience with selling through channel partners and or distribution.
3. SaaS product or software platform sales experience.
