Assistant Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Greene King. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers, and upholding high standards in all aspects of the pub's operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pub.
* Lead the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers, including developing and implementing customer service strategies and ensuring that all staff are trained to provide exceptional customer service.
* Act as a role model for the team, supporting with training and development, and promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Be a champion of brand standards, ensuring that all aspects of the pub's operations meet the highest standards, including customer and team safety.
