Job Title: Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
* Assisting the qualified teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Providing one-to-one support for students with SEN
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young people
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of Special Educational Needs and how to support students with SEN
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good communication and listening skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Training in supporting students with Autism, ADHD, or other specific needs
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school setting
* Potential for additional training and development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
