Role – Clerical Officer (Business Admin)
Location – GCHSCP, Residential Services throughout the City
Contract Status – Permanent

Join our team at Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP); be part of something meaningful. Business Admin is a wide and varied team providing administrative support across GCHSCP. This role is within Residential which includes Older People’s Residential and Day Care Services and Children’s Residential Services. The Business Admin Support Team within the care homes, day centres and children’s residential houses play a key role in supporting and assisting service delivery and providing essential administrative support to the services whilst working in a unique, collaborative environment.
As a Clerical Officer you will carry out a range of essential administrative tasks with a focus on finance and cash handling. This is front facing reception role, including call handling, the post holder will be required to interact with residents, service users and members of the public. This role will involve using Microsoft Office Packages, PECOS and CareFirst software.
We are constantly re-thinking and improving how we deliver business support; we are looking for energetic self-motivated individuals to come and join our team and be a part of the wider Business Support Administration Team. Successful applicants will be required to attend and participate in training, including completion of mandatory online courses and briefings. Training will be provided in relation to service specific software applications. Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach to the needs of the service and will be required to work from different locations across the services, and in doing so will gain diverse experiences.
