We’re looking for an experienced Small Business Account Handler with SME expertise to join our client’s expanding team in Dundee or Perth, with flexible hybrid work options.
You’ll manage New Business, Renewals, and Servicing, helping to grow the business while ensuring full FCA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle New Business, Renewals, Mid-term adjustments, and Premium Finance
* Ensure accuracy and professionalism with clients and insurers
* Maintain FCA compliance and deliver exceptional customer service
* Build strong relationships with clients and offer expert product advice
* Secure renewal business by re-broking for the best coverage
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a Small Business Account Handler role within a broker or insurer
* Knowledge of commercial insurance products
* Strong organization, IT, and customer service skills
* FCA compliance awareness
* Willingness to work towards or hold Cert CII qualifications
