Based at our client's busy Stirling depot
Monday to Friday 8am5pm | 40 hours per week, Saturday mornings (8am12pm) on a rota

Are you a natural problem-solver with a knack for organisation and a background in the construction equipment industry? Were looking for a Service Coordinator to take charge of planning, scheduling, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.
This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring customers receive top-tier supportfast, efficient, and with a smile.
What Youll Be Doing:
Be the first point of contact for incoming service calls
Schedule and coordinate Field Service Engineers, parts, and resources
Manage the end-to-end process of service and repair activities
Open and close service jobs, create purchase orders and invoices
Inspect equipment across the workshop, yard, and wash bay
Assist with team meetings, toolbox talks, and support training
Step in for the Service Delivery Manager when needed
What Youll Bring:
Experience in a similar coordination role within the construction equipment industry
A strong grasp of servicing and repair terminology
Ability to read and understand technical parts catalogues
First-class communication skills and a professional phone manner
Solid IT skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset and confidence working independently
