It is renowned for delivering high-quality legal services to an outstanding calibre of listed clients across multiple sectors. This includes global financial institutions, telecoms, listed-companies, major national and international brands and fast-growing tech companies. The purpose of the role is to open and lead the new Dublin office. You will either be an established Partner or you are ready for that next Partner level.You will collaborate strategically and operationally with other teams within the UK and other offices. You will lead and evolve a full range of employment law workstreams including contentious and non-contentious advisory solutions. This will include change management, service agreements, restrictive covenants, social media, whistleblowing, terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy, data protection. You and the team will also manage complex complaints and investigations for high profile clients, across jurisdictions. You will be Irish, NI or England & Wales qualified and a minimum of 8 years' post qualification experience (although this is indicative).
