Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the international businesses (UK, US, German, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain) ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks. Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to set financial targets and align them with organisational goals. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage cash flow and optimise working capital to support business operations effectively. Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive efficiency improvements across finance and accounting functions. Collaborate with the Directors to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or in a similar finance role. Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong Excel skills Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
