We're Hiring Join Our Team as a Bid Manager. At Harlow Solutions, we are leaders in documentation and software solutions, delivering innovative products to pharmaceutical and public sector organisations across the UK. We're looking for a dedicated Bid Manager to support our growing team and help us continue our success. This role will ideally be based in the North East of England (although remote working will be considered with regular travel to our offices) and will be full time, Monday to Friday. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage the entire bid process from qualification through to submission, ensuring timely delivery of all required documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and facilitate bid kick-off meetings. Draft and coordinate bid documentation, ensuring proposals meet client requirements and are of the highest quality. Develop bid strategies in alignment with business objectives and manage associated risks. Engage with clients during the bidding process to clarify requirements and gather feedback. You will be responsible for line management of the bid team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar role with a successful track record in winning bids across various sectors. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate bid team members and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software preferred. Why Join Us?
