Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our key accounts. This role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Coordination: Act as the primary support contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between clients and the company.
* Order Management: Oversee the order processing cycle for key accounts, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy in order entries.
* Client Reporting: Generate regular performance reports for key accounts, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings. Attending meetings with clients both visually and in-person.
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to better support key accounts and inform internal teams.
Qualifications:
