We are currently looking to recruit a Training Administrator on a Permanent basis to join the team based at Haslingden.
How can you make a difference?
The Training Administrator works to ensure that all training bookings for the UK & Ireland, as well as other associated tasks, are completed on time and to a high standard. The main responsibilities are to book both internal and external training courses, update all relevant databases with bookings and learning history, and to ensure employees always have their required training in date. They also provide administrative support at the Haslingden Training Centre
What will you be doing?
Key responsibilities for this role include:
1. Working to ensure seamless coordination between all training administration positions.
2. Proactively ensure courses do not expire by maintaining the training databases, booking courses, and communicating with our training providers and the wider Nordex company.
3. Keeping the training databases up to date with the latest information including booking data and course completion certificates.
4. Arranging training, equipment orders, IT requests and other tasks for new starters joining the company.
5. Updating the trainer and training facility calendars as required.
6. Providing administrative assistance to the technical trainers.
7. Receiving and assisting all visitors at the Haslingden Training Centre.
8. Answering the Haslingden Training Centre phone and assist with all queries.
9. Liaising closely with the Nordex Global Technical Academy (Hamburg, Germany).
10. Ordering training materials and other supplies for the Haslingden Training Centre.
11. Raising all training related purchase orders as well as other purchase orders as required.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a similar administration role and have experience of dealing with excellent internal and external customer service.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a training environment but this is not essential.
You will educated to A level standard or equivalent and be computer literate, especially around Excel, Sharepoint and SAP where possible.

17. Willing to travel when required.
18. Driver’s licence is desirable but not essential.
