Flexiblehome working however post does require regular visits to base andmany trust sites across Berkshire – Full time 37.5 hours to be completed on a flexible basis.
The role requires a change management lead experienced in managing transformation and change across the organisation. The manager will have a senior position within the Digital Transformation service and will coordinate and direct the activities of a team of Transformation Leads and Specialists. The post holderis required tobe the subject matter expert in all change activities related to digital system use within and outside the organisation.
The post holder will be experienced at managing a team, improving working practices through change management, be innovative and solution focused. The post holder will need to form a key bridge between the business-as-usual Transformation and Project Teams so that the Trust has a strong connection to both develop andmaintainits clinical services using technology.

The “must haves” for this role:
• Clinical qualification or equivalent experience in with clinical services
• Management Qualifications to a recognised standard
• APMG Change management practitioner qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience inmanaging transformationand change at team and organisational level
