Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
The Yorkshire Centre for Eating Disorders is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Health Support Worker to join Ward 6 inpatient service, which is part of the CONNECT service.
The ward is a 14 bedded ward offering treatment to patients who are resident in the Leeds, Wakefield, Kirklees, Calderdale and Bradford areas.

You will be responsible for being part of a care team and carrying out interventions with supervision from the clinical team to support patients' ongoing recovery.
If you have experience of working with this client group, on a mental health ward, or in a CAMHS unit, and are looking for a new challenge, then this may be what you have been looking for.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE EXPECT A LARGE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS TO THIS VACANCY - WE ENCOURAGE AN EARLY APPLICATION IN CASE OF EARLY CLOSURE.
