The Role

As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily packing plan is executed efficiently, meeting customer specifications and company KPIs. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety standards, coaching operatives, and driving performance .

Key Responsibilities

6. Oversee packing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

7. Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and pallet organization

8. Monitor production KPIs and brief teams on progress

9. Maintain safety and quality standards within your area

10. Investigate and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions

11. Lead and coach a team of production operatives

What We're Looking For

12. 1+ years of experience managing a team in a production facility

13. Experience with fresh produce packing and quality standards

14. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

15. Good written and spoken English

16. Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Freshware, D365)
