We are looking for a Trainee Accounts Administrator for our client based in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate would be someone who has recently studied Accountancy at University, College or completed their AAT.
This is a small, friendly team where everyone plays their part. Good attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems are essential.
Main duties to include:
1. Raising PO numbers, matching and processing purchase invoices.
2. Bank reconciliations.
3. Raise manual invoices when required.
4. Ensure the information entered is accurate and any discrepancies are flagged.
5. Ad hoc accounts duties to support the wider team.
We are looking for:
1. Knowledge of accounts functions, either through study or working experience.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Ability to learn new IT systems.
4. Someone who can work independently and work to deadlines.
